The KODAP Centre of Methodical Support (CMS) represents a strong background for the perfect and fast solution of our colleagues' and clients' problems. A more focused specialization of individual consultants allows us to be truly qualified partners even for the largest businesses, and to solve their complex and extensive orders professionally. We are successful in solving, inter alia, issues of corporate transformations - mergers, reorganizations, divisions and sales of businesses. We usually prepare these transformations as "key-ready" in terms of organization as well as accounting and taxes.

A number of large firms asks us to prepare their income tax returns within the authority of a tax consultant. These are usually audited accounting units; hence, their motivation is not to postpone the deadline for filing the tax return. They appreciate the quality and transparency of our work as well as its good reputation with revenue offices.

Frequently used services also include tax audits - a simulated tax control by the revenue office. In a number of cases, our work has helped to avert unpleasant threats.

The "risk audit" is also one of the services we offer. Its objective is to reduce the risks of investors taking over shares in a company or entering into a contract on the purchase of a business. It is worthwhile to examine the past of such an entity and make sure that no fatal errors or liabilities devaluating the whole investment will appear subsequently.

We are experienced in work for foreign entities - we establish branches for them in the Czech Republic and help with their economic management. It is particularly important for clients from German-speaking countries that we are able to provide them with effective assistance when converting accounting results in the Czech Republic into their national standards. CMS also organizes a number of training courses, which we arrange in terms of organization as well as lecturing both for the public and for specific clients in the form of custom work.
