The registered office of the parent company is located in Liberec. A strong group of our specialists work here too, a group which provides for the methodical support of our offices and the resolution of complicated professional questions. Our auditing company is also based here.
We are a member of ETL (European Tax & Law), which is the European association of tax advisors, auditors, and advocates. We are in continuous contact with our German colleagues, and are able to make use of their information, training opportunities, and support.

The KODAP centre of methodical support is a strong background for the perfect and swift resolution of the problems facing our colleagues and clients. The narrower specialisation of individual advisors enables us to be genuinely qualified partners to the largest businesses, and to professionally deal with their complicated and expansive orders. Among other services, we are able to handle the problems associated with company transformations - the mergers, transitions, divisions, and sales of a company. We usually provide these transformations as turnkey projects, from both an organisational and an accounting-tax perspective.
A number of large companies ask us to process their income tax returns under the full power of attorney of the tax advisor. For the most part, these are accountancy entities that have already been audited and whose motivation is not the extension of the due date for the presentation of the returns. They value the quality and clear arrangement of our work, as well as the fine reputation which accompanies it at the revenue authorities.
The tax audit is also a frequently-used service - a simulation of the tax inspection of the revenue authority. In a number of cases, our work has helped avert troublesome threats.
Also among the services that we provide is the "risk audit". The objective of this is to limit the risks faced by investors that take over shares in a company or conclude a contract for the purchase of an enterprise. It is worthwhile checking out the history of such an entity to make certain that no fatal mistakes or obligations rise to the surface thereafter that would devalue the whole investment.
We are experienced in working for foreign subjects whose organisational components in the Czech Republic we establish and help to manage economically. It is of particular importance to interested parties from German-speaking countries that we are able to provide effective assistance during the transfer of accounting results in the Czech Republic to their national standards. SMP is also the organiser of a whole range of training sessions, which we provide from both an organisational and an instructional perspective for the public as a whole and on order for specific clients.
