In the field of investment incentives provided under Act No.72/2000 Coll., we assist our clients when negotiating with the agency CzechInvest and when preparing background materials that are necessary to acquire investment incentives. Our clients even include some of the largest beneficiaries of investment incentives.

Investors may ask for an investment incentive who spend CZK 100 million or CZK 50 or 60 million, respectively, in structurally disadvantaged areas. There is a number of specifications that require a detailed analysis.
