Calling attention to delivery of private messages to the data mailbox (message box)

From March 1, 2022 at the latest, it will no longer be possible to disallow the receipt of so-called postal data messages, i.e. mutual messages between business persons - legal entities and natural persons, in the system of data mailboxes. Together with this, fiction of service is also allowed for these private law messages from January 1, 2022.

If the authorized person does not log in to the data mailbox within the limit of 10 days from the day when the document was delivered to the data mailbox, this document is considered delivered on the last day of this period. This applies to all documents, including invoices, pre-litigation demands etc. We therefore recommend you to properly set up the rules for operating the data mailbox using different approaches for reading and sending messages or for monitoring the list of received messages.
